This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your information. It's written to be genuinely readable, not to bury anything in fine print.
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you're interested in, and your message.
Only to respond to your enquiry — understanding what you need, replying with a diagnosis or quote, and staying in touch about the project if you go ahead with it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your details are used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry.
Your enquiry is delivered to us via our email service provider (Resend), which processes the message purely to deliver it to our inbox. No one else has access to it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing [email protected].
This policy covers our own website and contact process. If your project involves handling your customers' data, we'll agree on the specifics of that separately in writing before work begins.
