These terms are written in plain English on purpose. This page is a general reference — for larger projects, we'll put the specific scope, price, and timeline in a written agreement before work starts.
Submitting the contact form or emailing us is an enquiry, not a commitment on either side. Any price or timeline we give you is an estimate until it's confirmed in writing.
For fix/support requests, we look at the issue and explain what's actually wrong before quoting a price. You decide whether to proceed once you understand what the work involves.
Payment terms (amount, schedule, and method) are agreed in writing for each project before work begins. Nothing is charged automatically based on this website alone.
Once a project is paid for in full, the resulting code, designs, and content become yours, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, if third-party tools or licenses are involved).
We build and maintain software to a high standard, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, rankings, etc.) — those depend on many factors outside development work itself.
We may update this page occasionally. The version live on this site at the time of your enquiry applies to it.
This page is a good-faith summary, not a substitute for legal advice. For contracts, larger engagements, or anything with specific legal or compliance requirements, we'll put a proper written agreement in place — and recommend you have it reviewed if needed.
