Questions about ShopAnywhere

Do I need to install anything on my Wix or WordPress site?

No. You paste an embed code into a normal HTML element, and one small snippet into your site's global code so the header cart stays in sync. There is no plugin and nothing to host.

Does checkout still go through Shopify?

Yes. The cart is real and checkout hands off to Shopify's own checkout, so payments, tax, shipping and your order records all work exactly as they already do.

What can the app actually see in my store?

It uses Shopify's public Storefront API, which reads products and creates carts. It cannot see your orders, your customers, or your account settings. That limit is built into the API, not a promise we are making.

Will it match my site's design?

Three templates to start from, then your own colours for the accent, badges, headings, Add to cart and Checkout buttons, your font and text size, and grid or carousel layout. You can also add your logo and a tap-to-call number to the cart.

What happens on a phone?

The grid collapses to a single column automatically. The same embed is used everywhere, so there is no separate mobile setup.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The free plan gives you one embed with every template, colour and font, with no time limit. The paid plans add unlimited embeds and priority support, and Monthly and Annual both start with a 7-day free trial.

What does the Lifetime plan actually promise?

One payment, unlimited embeds and priority support for as long as the app runs. We guarantee a minimum of five years in writing, and there is no cutoff planned beyond that.
